Aaron engaged with the Tasman Rugby Union (TRU) Board and staff. It quickly became clear to all that he:

      1. Understands the specific risks in the business,
      2. Developed a tailor-made H&S management system,
      3. Made a significant step change in our H&S culture
      4. Worked with our key stakeholders at rugby events (professional matches and community games) to contribute to making our game day a safe and successful experience.

The TRU now have comprehensive H&S program that is a leader within sport in NZ that covers every aspect of the business from operations, professional and community rugby. This includes H&S Board Charter, H&S staff induction, H&S staff Handbook, Critical Risks, Operational Risk Register and monthly reporting structure.
I, as the CEO of TRU would highly recommend Aaron and pose the question can your business really afford not to contact him.
