Virtual Health and Safety Consultant

Our Virtual Health and Safety Consultant packages offer you the flexibility of having a ‘virtual’ Safety Manager 24/7, without you needing to employ full time health and safety staff.

We become your Health and Safety Partner, providing a full spectrum of health and safety services and support for your business.

These packages are designed to deliver many benefits to your business, including:

We offer three levels of ‘Virtual’ Health and Safety services. Each package is always tailored to fit your business’ specific needs and current level of health and safety maturity.

1) VIRTUAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGER

We manage the entire health and safety function of your business.

Includes:

  • Health and Safety Management Support
  • Strategy development
  • Development of the business Health and Safety Systems, in line with its specific risks and based around good practice H&S Standards ISO45001
  • Attendance at executive meetings –board, management or frontline. Can be in person or virtual (i.e. video link in)
  • Preparation of monthly and annual reporting
  • Independent oversight through safe work observations, audits and inspections
  • Leading high risk investigations
  • Health and safety mentoring/coaching for business leaders
  • Conducting training, risk assessments and investigations as required
  • Performing contractor evaluations and audits
  • Managing health and safety databases
  • Provide general health and safety support

 

2) VIRTUAL HEALTH AND SAFETY CONSULTANT/ADVISOR

We offer strategic and operational level support to your existing Health and Safety Manager.

 Includes:

  • Support your existing Health and Safety Manager/resources
  • Independent oversight through safe work observations, audit and inspections
  • Leading high risk investigations
  • Mentoring/coaching of business leaders and Health and Safety professionals
  • Attending meetings to advise on health and safety performance
  • Conducting training, risk assessments and investigations as required
  • Performing contractor evaluations and audits
  • Managing health and safety databases
  • Provide general health and safety support

 

3) VIRTUAL HEALTH AND SAFETY COORDINATOR/ADMINISTRATOR

We work with your existing Health and Safety Manager providing health and safety coordination/administration function.

Includes:

  • Facilitation and scheduling of many of the business functional requirements – e.g. arranging internally to organise health and safety meetings, building evacuation exercises, training, workplace inspections, management KPI
  • Administering the health and safety database
  • Administering the health and safety software (where in place)
  • Conducting or arranging health and safety inductions

 

Does ‘virtual’ mean we will never see you?

Not at all – and ‘virtual’ doesn’t mean your health and safety work is completed by a robot, either. Your work is always undertaken by our New Zealand based health and safety consultants.

To us, the word ‘virtual’ means that your Safety Partner is readily available – on the ground or in a ‘virtual’ capacity online or over the phone – as and when you need.

The use of technology can reduce travel costs enabling significant savings for your business. This can be particularly beneficial to remote businesses or businesses operating from multiple locations.

Your Safety Partner will also attend site at agreed intervals to ensure you have expert advice and support when required. We are able to attend meetings in person or virtually (via phone/video link-in).

In fact, some of our clients are 100% ‘virtual’ as they are based in remote locations or overseas.
