Lee is a senior coordinator with a strong background in project coordination, stakeholder communications and health and safety engagement. She is known for her collaborative, practical and people focused approach working in corporate environments.
EXPERIENCE
Lee began her career working for a large dairy manufacturing company, where she progressed through a variety of roles including Change Analyst, Process Analyst, Business Improvement Lead, and Project Lead. During this time, she led several international transition projects, supported SAP system implementations and developed onboarding and training plans for new employees.
She went on to work as a Program Coordinator for a software company, where she supported process improvements, team communications, and onboarding plans. Alongside her core role, she championed health and wellbeing through regular staff engagement and wellness activities.
Most recently, Lee worked as a Communications & Wellbeing Coordinator for a large engineering consultancy. In this role, she created and delivered internal health and safety communications, promoted company-wide wellbeing initiatives and wrote award submissions to showcase innovation in HSE practices.
