Kimberley offers over 20 years of experience in People, Capability and Wellness. She has held Senior Leadership positions in large multi-national companies and has worked in both private and public organisations in NZ, Australia and the UK.
Throughout her career, Kimberley has coached and supported people and organisations to achieve great things. She believes most people and organisations have the answers within them and enjoys holding space for people and organisations to realise their potential. Kimberley knows how to build and support high performance teams.
Bringing a calm and considered approach to wellness, Kimberley uses restorative practice to help people and organisations make sense of things, and provides meaningful wellness programs that enhance wellbeing.
